1、報渦輪轉速傳感器故障碼

1. Report turbine speed sensor fault code

722.9變速箱出現故障，多數都是報渦輪轉速傳感器故障碼。變速箱會進入緊急模式，變速箱鎖在2檔。多數情況客戶熄火發動機，等待幾分鐘后重新啟動發動機后又恢復正常。通常都是更換電腦來解決問題。

722.9 Transmission malfunctions are mostly reported as turbine speed sensor fault codes. The transmission will enter emergency mode and lock in second gear. In most cases, customers turn off the engine, wait for a few minutes, and then restart the engine before returning to normal. Usually, the problem is solved by replacing the computer.

2、變速箱拆開油底殼后發現大量的鐵削。

2. After disassembling the oil pan of the gearbox, a large amount of iron chips were found.

這是由于質量問題。后排行星架磨損，有極少的是由于液力變矩器內部磨損造成，更換改良配件后可以解決問題。

This is due to quality issues. The wear of the rear planetary carrier is rarely caused by internal wear of the hydraulic torque converter. Replacing and improving the parts can solve the problem.

3、波箱和發動機連接處漏油，掛檔后不走。

3. There is oil leakage at the connection between the gearbox and the engine, and it does not move after shifting gears.

由于波箱油泵質量問題，油泵上銅套松曠或抱死到變矩器軸頸上，還有油泵凸齒被打斷，更換損壞的改良配件才能完全解決問題。

Due to quality issues with the gearbox oil pump, the copper sleeve on the oil pump is loose or stuck to the torque converter shaft neck, and the pump teeth are broken. It is necessary to replace the damaged and improved parts to completely solve the problem.

4、2檔降1檔有沖擊，電腦檢測無故障碼。

4. Downshifting from 2nd gear to 1st gear has an impact, and the computer has detected no fault codes.

用電腦看換擋數據發現B1的沖油時間變短，超過-15ms。正常都不會超過正負10ms，DAS電腦給的數據是正負20ms。通常先對變速箱和發動機電腦做升級，然后做換擋學習，做換擋學習必須要根據DAS電腦提供的發動機轉速和扭矩做。如果問題還沒有解決則需解體變速箱，看制動器B1的卡簧是否脫落。

Looking at the shift data on the computer, it was found that the flushing time of B1 became shorter, exceeding -15ms. Normally, it will not exceed plus or minus 10ms. The data provided by the DAS computer is plus or minus 20ms. Usually, the gearbox and engine computer are upgraded first, followed by gear shifting learning. Gear shifting learning must be based on the engine speed and torque provided by the DAS computer. If the problem has not been resolved, the gearbox needs to be disassembled to see if the retaining ring of brake B1 has come off.

5、進D/R檔沖擊，跑起來正常，電腦檢測無故障碼。

5. Enter the D/R gear for impact, run normally, and the computer detects no fault codes.

首先對變速箱和發動機電腦升級，然后根據DAS電腦指引做變矩器學習。

Firstly, upgrade the transmission and engine computer, and then follow the DAS computer instructions to learn the torque converter.
