1、定期檢查電動汽車自動變速器的油位。自動變速器油的檢查方法與發(fā)動機油的檢查方法不同。檢查發(fā)動機機油是否處于冷態(tài)，變速器油需要預熱到50℃左右，每檔保持2秒后，將變速桿置于駐車檔。此時，油表的正常油位應為正常值。如果不夠，應及時添加相同質量的油。

1. Regularly check the oil level of the automatic transmission of electric vehicles. The inspection method for automatic transmission oil is different from that for engine oil. Check if the engine oil is in a cold state. The transmission oil needs to be preheated to around 50 ℃, held for 2 seconds in each gear, and then put the gear lever in Park. At this point, the normal oil level of the oil gauge should be the normal value. If not enough, add oil of the same quality in a timely manner.

2、掌握自動變速器油的更換周期。自動變速器里面控制機構復雜，配合間隙小。因此，大多數(shù)廠家建議自動變速箱換油周期為兩年或4-6萬公里。在正常使用過程中，齒輪箱油的工作溫度一般在120攝氏度左右，因此油的質量很高，應保持清潔。其次，當傳動油長期使用時，會產生油垢，形成油泥，增加摩擦片和部件的磨損，也會影響系統(tǒng)的油壓，從而影響動力傳動。污油中的污泥會使各閥體內的閥體運動不平穩(wěn)，影響油壓控制，使自動變速器出現(xiàn)異常。

2. Master the replacement cycle of automatic transmission oil. The control mechanism inside the automatic transmission is complex and the fit clearance is small. Therefore, most manufacturers recommend an automatic transmission oil change interval of two years or 40000 to 60000 kilometers. During normal use, the working temperature of gearbox oil is generally around 120 degrees Celsius, so the quality of the oil is very high and should be kept clean. Secondly, when the transmission oil is used for a long time, it will generate oil stains, form oil sludge, increase the wear of friction plates and components, and also affect the oil pressure of the system, thereby affecting the power transmission. The sludge in the dirty oil can cause uneven movement of the valve bodies inside each valve body, affecting oil pressure control and causing abnormalities in the automatic transmission.

3、正確更換齒輪箱油。目前較好的換油方式是動態(tài)換油。采用不同的齒輪箱清洗設備。在變速箱運行過程中，將舊油進行回收，排出后加入新的變速箱油，使換油率達到90以上，保障良好的換油能力。

3. Replace the gearbox oil correctly. The current preferred oil change method is dynamic oil change. Use different gear box cleaning equipment. During the operation of the gearbox, the old oil is recycled, and new gearbox oil is added after discharge to achieve an oil change rate of over 90, ensuring good oil change capability.
