Manual shift test means to disconnect all the harness power plugs of all the shift solenoid valves of the motor controlled automatic transmission. At this time, ECU can not operate the shift according to the shift solenoid valve. The shift of the automatic transmission depends on the position of the shift lever. When the power plug of the whole vehicle harness of the shift solenoid valve is disconnected, the correlation between the gear and the shift lever of the motor controlled automatic transmission of different vehicle lines is inconsistent.

手動(dòng)式換檔試驗(yàn)的目地是明確常見(jiàn)故障存有的位置，區(qū)別常見(jiàn)故障是由機(jī)械設(shè)備、液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)還是由電子器件自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)造成的。手動(dòng)式換檔試驗(yàn)應(yīng)在載入故障碼和進(jìn)行自動(dòng)變速器基礎(chǔ)查驗(yàn)后開(kāi)展。

The purpose of manual shift test is to identify the location of common faults and distinguish whether the common faults are caused by mechanical equipment, hydraulic transmission system or automatic control system of electronic devices. Manual shift test shall be carried out after loading fault code and basic inspection of automatic transmission.

手動(dòng)式換檔試驗(yàn)的流程以下:

The process of manual shift test is as follows:

①脫開(kāi)電子器件操縱自動(dòng)變速器的全部換檔電磁閥整車(chē)線(xiàn)束電源插頭。

① Disconnect all shift solenoid valves of automatic transmission operated by electronic devices and the power plug of vehicle harness.

②啟動(dòng)柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，將變速桿撥至不一樣部位，隨后做路面試驗(yàn)(還可以將主動(dòng)輪懸在空中，開(kāi)展臺(tái)架試驗(yàn))。

② Start the diesel engine, shift the gear lever to different positions, and then do the road test (the driving wheel can also be suspended in the air to carry out the bench test).

④ If the shift lever is located in a different position and the gear of the automatic transmission is the same as that listed in the figure, it indicates that the electronic devices operate the valve plate and gear shift of the automatic transmission and most of the components work normally. Otherwise, it indicates that there is a common fault in the valve plate or shift actuator of automatic transmission.

⑤試驗(yàn)完畢后，接好電磁閥整車(chē)線(xiàn)束電源插頭。

⑤ After the test, connect the harness power plug of solenoid valve.

⑥消除電腦上中的故障碼，避免因脫開(kāi)電磁閥整車(chē)線(xiàn)束電源插頭而造成的故障碼儲(chǔ)存在電腦上中，危害自動(dòng)變速器的常見(jiàn)故障自確診工作中。

⑥ Eliminate the fault code in the computer, avoid the fault code caused by disconnecting the power plug of the whole vehicle harness of the solenoid valve to be stored in the computer, and endanger the self diagnosis of common faults of the automatic transmission.
