變速箱前端以及與發動機結合處，出現油汽、油泥時，變速箱未出現故障，無需修理，但需要仔細對發動機做個檢查。

When there is oil vapor or sludge at the front end of the gearbox and at the junction with the engine, the gearbox does not malfunction and does not require repair. However, a careful inspection of the engine is necessary.

二、不正常（故障）漏油現象

2、 Abnormal (faulty) oil leakage phenomenon

1.觀察變速箱后部支架螺栓孔是否漏油。

1. Observe if there is oil leakage from the bolt holes on the rear bracket of the gearbox.

漏油處理辦法：清理油漬，擰緊螺母。觀察一會如果還是輕微滲油可以使用專用密封膠于螺栓和螺栓孔間涂抹適量膠水，然后再擰緊。

Oil leakage treatment method: Clean the oil stains and tighten the nuts. Observe for a while. If there is still slight oil leakage, a special sealant can be used to apply an appropriate amount of glue between the bolt and bolt hole, and then tighten it again.

2.檢查變速箱散熱油管與變速箱連接處，輸出軸油封，線束插頭密封圈是否漏油。

2. Check the connection between the transmission heat dissipation oil pipe and the transmission, the output shaft oil seal, and the sealing ring of the wiring harness plug for oil leakage.

漏油處理辦法：輸出軸油封漏油更換同型號密封件；線束插頭密封圈漏油更換同型號密封件及外置油管。

Oil leakage treatment method: Replace the same type of sealing element with the output shaft oil seal for oil leakage; Replace the sealing ring of the wiring harness plug with the same model of sealing element and external oil pipe due to oil leakage.

3.檢查變速箱軸端部是否漏油。

3. Check for oil leakage at the end of the gearbox shaft.

漏油處理辦法：拆卸變速箱檢查，是否是波箱需要更換。

Oil leakage treatment method: Disassemble the gearbox to check if it is a gearbox that needs to be replaced.

4.檢查變速箱軸頸是否漏油。

4. Check for oil leakage from the gearbox journal.

漏油處理辦法：更換對應的零部件或者進行焊補修復。

Oil leakage treatment method: Replace the corresponding components or perform welding repair.

5.檢查油封性或凸緣磨損情況。

5. Check the oil seal or flange wear.

漏油處理辦法：油封密封不好或者凸緣磨損，可能是齒輪油量超過規定的標準。

Oil leakage treatment method: If the oil seal is not well sealed or the flange is worn, it may be due to the gear oil exceeding the specified standard.

6.檢查變速箱左側殼體或者右側殼體是否漏油。

6. Check whether there is oil leakage from the left or right housing of the transmission.

漏油處理辦法：可以使用專用粉末噴涂劑，清晰觀察漏油部位，漏油部位小可以用直接分解重新打膠；如果漏油嚴重，考慮直接換外殼。

Oil leakage treatment method: Special powder spraying agent can be used to clearly observe the oil leakage area. If the oil leakage area is small, it can be directly decomposed and re glued; If the oil leakage is severe, consider directly replacing the casing.

7.檢查變速箱底殼是否漏油。

7. Check for oil leakage from the gearbox bottom shell.

漏油處理辦法：當油底殼密封軸可見變形或者油底殼有裂痕時，直接更換油底殼。其余情況可以維修。但是油底殼漏油極易出現誤判的情況，若無法判斷是否是變速箱底殼漏油，建議不要更換油底殼，找的人員檢查。

Oil leakage treatment method: When the sealing shaft of the oil pan is visibly deformed or there are cracks in the oil pan, directly replace the oil pan. Other situations can be repaired. However, oil leakage from the oil pan can easily lead to misjudgment. If it is impossible to determine whether it is a transmission case oil leakage, it is recommended not to replace the oil pan and seek professional inspection.
